By creating an account, accessing, or using any service on the bdbij platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of Bangladesh.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account and place bets on bdbij. Age is verified at the time of registration, and a copy of your National ID or passport may be requested if needed.

Account registration is not permitted under any of the following circumstances:

• If you are under 18 years of age
• If you already have another account on bdbij
• If your account was previously closed for any reason
• While self-exclusion is active

Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all associated accounts will be closed and any remaining balances will be forfeited.

Bdbij does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Before placing a bet on bdbij, we recommend reading the rules for the relevant sport carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the cash out option applies.

Bets may be cancelled or voided under the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned
• If the match starts more than 12 hours after the scheduled time
• Odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or system fault
• If evidence of match fixing is found

Maximum bet amounts may vary by event and market. bdbij reserves the right to set or adjust the maximum limit on any bet.

Winnings from successful bets will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the result being announced. If you have a dispute regarding any result, you must notify the Support Team within 48 hours.

All bonuses and promotional offers on bdbij are subject to specific terms. Please read the full conditions of any offer carefully before accepting a bonus.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Each bonus must be wagered a specified amount before withdrawal is permitted (typically 5x–20x)
• Bonus validity is generally between 7–30 days
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active
• Certain games or betting markets may not qualify for bonus wagering
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be converted to account balance

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbij platform. Any such activity detected will result in immediate account suspension:

• Opening or operating more than one account
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Participation in or facilitation of match fixing
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts
• Harassing or defrauding other users

If such activity is proven, the account will not only be closed — legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Winning or losing on bets is entirely at the user's own risk. bdbij does not guarantee any returns from betting and accepts no liability in this regard.

For any complaint or dispute, please contact our Support Team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours. When submitting a complaint, include your account ID, the date, and full details of the issue.
